Each portrait is unique and custom to the individuals needs & desires. Each portrait is a collaboration between the artist and client. Marvin has worked through this process over many years and will help guide you through selecting the right reference images for your portrait. He's sensitive to honoring his subjects with respect and diginity.

All quotes are confirmed via E-mail or in a signed contract and must be agreed to by both parties before a job is started. Work begins when 50% of the final cost of the drawing is received. The remaining 50% of the fee is due upon completion and acceptance of the finished portrait. Ideally I like to shoot reference photos of the subject and then E-mail you or show you a contact sheet. Once a photo is chosen the portrait begins. It usually takes 2 to 4 weeks to complete, depending on my work load at the time.
